Typical meeting is 30 minutes in person or by phone.

Consultation fees start at $100.

Payment is collected at consultation.

RESEARCH

We dedicate, on average, 4 hours of time to preparing your personalized travel proposal.

Our knowledge and experience are something you can trust.

We work with reliable tour partners.

THE PROPOSAL

You will receive a personalized travel proposal within 3 business days (or as agreed upon).

Take your time to review the proposal, but remember, travel availability and costs are constantly changing.

TRAVEL SERVICES

Until your departure, we remain your resource.

We watch over your travel plans for flight changes, destination updates, government protocol changes, travel health requirements/updates, and more.

We cannot control when changes occur, but we will be here to help you through them.

Our travel services fee starts at $100 per person.

Travel services are included in all proposals.

THE FOLLOW-UP

We will schedule your follow-up within 2 business days unless we hear from you prior.

Together we will review the details for any changes and answer any of your questions.

We will collect payment to confirm your trip-or- an updated proposal will be sent
